File Upload and Artwork Approval
By uploading your PDF or image file, you confirm that it has been thoroughly proofread, meets all necessary requirements for printing, and is ready for print. You also agree to our artwork approval statement, ensuring the file is free of errors and omissions.
File Requirements

Bleed: Your file must include a minimum bleed of 3mm on all sides to ensure proper trimming.

Trim Area: Ensure that all important content is within the trim area to avoid being cut off during printing.

Image Resolution: All images in the file must be at least 300dpi to maintain print quality.

Size Specifications: Verify that the file dimensions match the specifications of the product you’ve ordered.

By uploading your file, you acknowledge that you have carefully reviewed it for any mistakes or omissions.

Approval for Print:
By uploading, you confirm that the file is "Approved for Print". This signifies your acceptance of full responsibility for all errors, omissions, and legal or ethical compliance related to the document.

Hash Print Digital will not be liable for any overlooked errors at this stage. Any modifications required after uploading will incur additional charges based on time and materials.
Exclusion of Colour and Print Quality
Please note that the file you upload is not submitted for approval of colour, print quality, or paper type.
