We understand that sometimes issues can arise, and we want to make sure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Therefore, we have established the following refund policy:
Defective Products: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for the product to be returned to us for evaluation, and if it is determined that the product is indeed defective or damaged, we will replace it free of charge or provide a full refund.
Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for the incorrect order to be returned to us, and we will replace it with the correct order free of charge or provide a full refund.
Late Delivery: Please refer to our shipping policy.
Please note that we do not provide refunds or exchanges for all print orders or products that have been approved by the customer before printing.
