1. How do I send my file?

  • Upload it when ordering online, use the yellow button "Click here to upload artwork".
  • Use WeTransfer or Google Drive (make sure sharing is turned ON for sales@hashprint.com.au) share .

2. What’s the biggest poster you can print?

  • We can print up to 1067 mm wide and 2400 mm long.
  • If your design is bigger — you’ll need to split it into smaller parts.

3. How fast can I get my poster?

  • Usually within 1–6 hours, depending on how busy we are.
  • Jobs are printed in the order they come in — first come, first served.

4. What’s the difference between “plan” and “poster” printing?

  • Plan Printing – for drawings or floor plans (thin lines, light coverage) on 80 gsm paper. Approximate 15% or less ink coverage of the respective plan size.
  • Poster Printing – for full-colour artwork or photos on 160 gsm paper. If your “plan” has heavy colours, it’ll be charged as a poster.

5. Can I just bring a USB?

  • Nope — all orders must be made online.
  • We’ll text or email you when your job is ready for pickup.

6. Where do I pick it up?

  • From our shop at 2 King William Street, Adelaide SA 5000.
  • We’ll message you when it’s ready — don’t come before that.

7. My file won’t upload — what do I do?

  • No stress. Email your name, order number, and a download link to sales@hashprint.com.au

8. Can I use fancy fonts or borders?

  • Yes — but make sure: You save your file as PDF or high-quality JPEG (300 dpi).
  • All fonts are outlined and images embedded.
  • You include 3 mm bleed and keep content and text 5 mm away from the edges.

Terms & Conditions

1. Student Discount

Show your student ID when picking up your order to get the student discount. No ID = no discount.

2. Print Order Queue

All jobs are printed in order received. If you’re in a rush, email or call us before ordering.

3. Turnaround Times

Most jobs are ready within a few hours, but this depends on how many orders are ahead of you. We don’t guarantee exact times during busy periods.

4. Artwork Rules

  • Files must be print-ready before sending — we print what you upload.
  • We don’t fix spelling, colour, or layout mistakes, so double-check everything before submitting.

5. Borders & Trimming

  • If you choose borderless, your print goes edge to edge.
  • If you choose a border, make sure no important text or images sit too close to the edge, trimming can cut them off.

6. File Problems

  • If your file can’t be printed (corrupt, wrong size, missing fonts), we’ll contact you.
  • Delays caused by incorrect files aren’t our fault.

7. Oversized Posters

For files bigger than 1067 mm × 2000 mm, split your artwork into sections (“tiling”) before uploading. There’s a how-to video linked on our site.

8. Pickup

You’ll get a text or email when your order is ready. Please wait for that before coming in — we can’t rush incomplete jobs.

9. Payment

All payments are made online when ordering.
